Tech For Writing
Last year I was interviewed about the technology I use in writing, and we barely touched on AI at all. (Refreshing!). This conversation was all about the tools I use to create, track, and measure my work. Many of these techniques are things I brought over from my secret identity as a video game developer. Maybe there's something here for you ... if you jump through the hoops, there are even slides to view. Slides, everybody! Slides!
It's been awhile, but the show notes tell me I babbled about tech's role in speeding process, word count & writing log, trackers for submissions and agents, progress tracking and productivity. Many of these tools are used to collect the data I share in my By The Numbers series.
